Booking Policies
DINING TIME
All reservations have a 1 hour and 30 minute dining time.
GROUP BOOKINGS
Groups of 20 or more people are required to pre-select one of our function packages or discuss pre-arrange dining options with our management prior to your visit.
PLEASE BE AWARE
We try our best to accommodate seating requests although table placements are not guaranteed at the time of booking.
CELEBRATIONS CAKES
If you wish to celebrate with a cake please email us (info@gathergraze.com.au) directly at least 5-days prior to your booking
CANCELLATION POLICY
As a courtesy, please provide 12hrs notice if you wish to cancel a booking.
Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions
- The term ‘voucher’ as used in these terms and conditions refers only to vouchers purchased directly from Gather & Graze 4053 restaurant and include monetary vouchers.
- Vouchers can be used as full or part payment of a bill at Gather & Graze 4053. Purchases made with vouchers are not refundable in cash. Vouchers can only be used for a single transaction; any amount remaining on a voucher after redemption is not exchangeable for cash or another voucher and will be automatically forfeited. Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
- Vouchers are not transferable, exchangeable for cash or replaceable if lost, destroyed or stolen.
- All vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of sale. Vouchers not used within this time will be forfeited with no entitlement to refund or exchange. It is not possible to extend the voucher beyond the stated 3 years validity period.
- Vouchers may only be used when a reservation has been made in advance. Please inform staff that you have a voucher when making your booking.
- Reservations are subject to availability, at Management’s discretion. Please book online via www.gathergraze.com.au to make your reservation. Purchase of a voucher is not a guarantee of a reservation on a certain date.
- All vouchers must be presented by the bearer on arrival (printed or via smart phone) at the restaurant and must be mentioned when booking.
- When purchasing a voucher, once full payment has been received and a voucher has been dispatched either in person, via mail or via email, all title and risk associated with the voucher are passed on to the customer.
- If a printed voucher is required, extra fees will apply for all postage of print vouchers in Australia or Overseas addresses.
- Unused vouchers may be returned and refunded within seven days of purchase. The value of the unused voucher may be refunded in full to the card used for payment only.
- Gather & Graze 4053 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
